TERMS AND CONDITIONS Returns Policy To claim for a refund or exchange, all conditions must be met as set out in the Returns policy. We cannot guarantee a replacement in all circumstances, however we will try our best to accommodate you. If an order is sent back to us due to the customer not collecting or signing for the item, you will have to pay a 15% admininstration fee from your total order. This will be deducted before any refund is issued. Refunds will only be made on the original payment card Miryoku will pay 25% (up to a maximum of £2.50) towards any return postage fees. This is for the Postage only and not the packaging. Wherever possible please try and use the original packaging, as this saves you time and money. This only applies to orders that were placed in the UK.
If you wish to exchange an item P&P is free for the first exchange, after which you will be charged P&P.
Payment Miryoku accepts all major credit/debit cards through our third party credit card processing company (PayPal) for all orders placed online. We accept cheques, postal orders & banker's draft, however orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. To place an order by this method, please send an email to orders@miryoku.co.uk stating reference number, size, colour and quantity and we will endevour to reply to your request within 24hours.
Orders for the Personal Service can be paid by Cash only. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Product information All sizes are approximate, however we try to ensure they are as accurate as possible. All items are subject to availability, and all prices quoted are correct at the time of publication. We endevour to make every effort to ensure items are available, if they are not then we will contact you as soon as possible informing you of this.
Acceptance of your order does not take place untill your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is unavailable from our stock or if we are unable to obtain payment.
Faulty Goods Miryoku will give a full refund in the unlikely event you receieve a faulty item. If the goods arrive damaged, please send them back to us for a full refund. Please inform us immediately (within the first 2 days of arrival). Please send an email to customerservice@miryoku.co.uk
Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Royal mail international signed for service. UK orders should get to you within 2-5 days, and international orders between 7-10 working days however please allow up to 14 working days.. Miryoku cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Changes to your order You can change your order by the way of adding/removing items or cancelling, however these changes must be done as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes. To make changes please email us at customerservice@miryoku.co.uk and we will nofify you if your changes were successful
Security Policy In order to process your order, we need your name, e-mail address, and delivery address. This information remains strictly confidential. Trademark / Copyright All pages of this site including all pictures, and designs are property of Miryoku and are protected by the Copyright Protection Act. Copying and distribution require the written consent of Miryoku.
Miscellaneous We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
