Shipping & Returns
This policy does not affect your statutory rights
Shipping:
UK: All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery at a flat rate of £3.99 no matter how many items ordered, both methods will require a signature. Orders over £40.00 are shipped for free. We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours. Please note: Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispached on the following working day
EU: All orders are sent by Royal mail international Signed for service at a rate of £10.00 for orders of £25 and below and £15.00 for orders over £25. This method of delivery will require a signature. Large orders (4 items or more) will be priced by weight, please email us via our contact us page for the price of shpping. We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours. Please note: Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispached on the following working day
ALL OTHER COUTRIES: If you wish to place an order, please email us first via our contact us page.
Returns: We offer a full refund or exchange option on all returned orders providing the following is met.
- You have 7 days from receipt to return your item. All items must be returned in its original condition, please take special care when trying on clothes to not have on any jewellery that can snag or tear the item, or have highly scented perfume or in a smoke environment. All tags must be attached and if possible in it's original packaging. Any items returned without tags or not met by the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund
- You must email us at returns@miryoku.co.uk stating which items you will be returning to obtain a reference number, please include the returns reference number with the package.
- Once we have received your return in a satisfactory condition we will give you a full refund (excluding P&P) and 25% of you return postage (this applies to orders placed from the UK only) or you may exchange for another item. Refunds can only be made back on original payment card.
Please note: For orders placed in the UK, you are responsible for the return postage of which Miryoku will pay 25% towards and up to a maximum of £2.50. We will only pay towards the postage and not the packaging, and we will determine what return amout we will refund you by the cost of the postage stamp on the package. We strongly advise that you send any items to be returned by recorded delivery as Miryoku will not be held responsible for returns that have been lost or damaged in the post.
For orders placed outside the UK you are responsible for the return postage, and no contribution from Miryoku will be applied for the return.
The above only applies to sales made through the website and not the Personal Service.
